1. Locate the silver scratch panel on the back of the card.

2. Scratch it off gently using a coin or your fingernail, working slowly to avoid damaging or smudging any of the digits underneath.

3. Note the full 15-digit PIN clearly before setting the card aside — if a digit is unreadable, don't guess; a wrong PIN simply won't work, and repeated failed attempts can occasionally trigger a temporary block.

1. On the Glo line you want to top up, dial `311` followed by the 15-digit PIN, then `#`.

- "Invalid PIN" message: double-check every digit against the card, since a single misread character (especially between similar-looking numbers) is the most common cause.

- Weak network signal: USSD codes require an active network connection, so try again in an area with better reception if the request times out.

- Damaged or unreadable card: if the scratch panel tore or the ink smudged, contact Glo customer care (dial 121 from your Glo line) with the card's serial number for help.

- Partial credit received: if only part of the value was applied, this is uncommon but worth reporting to customer care directly rather than assuming it will self-correct.
